Planning Comminsion failed in all-around-development of India’s Economy.
· In India have planning commission as statutory body known as NITI Ayog. Which implement from January 2015. It is establish with goal of sustainable development. But in COVID-19 condition examine of its work results and its policy. And result is it failed in sustainable development.
· Any planning commission institution in federal and democratic system face two basic challenges when it comes to performing a long term role- a constitutional challenge and the challenge of competence.
· A constitutional challenge-When NITI Aayog founded with goal of reformation scheme of day-to-day life style of people of India. But they have no compliance with this strategies. Because inefficiency of long term planning in India and performance of NITI ayog. Resone behind of these whene Government not give authority to planners for allocate money for national priorities. which NITI Aayog does not have. They forget that the planning commission had such powers in bringing about all round progress.
· And other point Govt glid over constitutional issues in Granting powers to institutions that allocate public money in democracies.
